Telemarketer/Lead Generation Specialists

Responsible to Identify potential customers by promoting products and/or services throughout the Asia Pacific region and/or Australia and New Zealand with exclusive focus on the IT industry through Lead Generation, Contact Acquisition, Data Enrichment, Event Recruitment and other Marketing Communication initiatives by means of Telemarketing.

Responsibilities Include

To generate qualified leads but are not limited to:
  • To generate leads and book appointment for various Campaigns.
  • To Cleanse /update data
  • Nurture ongoing telemarketing opportunities
  • Responsible for managing leads by tracking and following up on them.
  • Generating and qualifying potential customers through B2B cold calling.
  • Producing required number and type of qualified leads.
  • Marketing activities, predominately business-to-business telemarketing, including lead generation, appointment setting and cold calling.
  • Meeting and exceeding daily work effort and output targets.
  • Professional conversation handling and use of scripts as a basis for conversation.
  • Proactively working with telemarketing management to improve skills, telephone conversations and results, escalating any concerns regarding target or subject matter knowledge.
  • Recording of activity accurately and in a timely manner, in Inform’s telemarketing system, client systems, or other applications and files.
  • Professional representation of Inform Group to its customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.

Experience

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in Business Development / Account Management / Pre-sales / Marketing specializing in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent preferably in B2B setting
  • Preferably with experience handling accounts/campaigns for IT Products/Solutions (Software/Hardware); Technology adept and has strong interest to learn solutions for different IT Brands

Skills & Character

  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer engagement ability such as rapport building, sparkling personality, strong and professional character
  • Can be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work toward targets
  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and perform to the best of your abilities

  • Punctuality is a MUST
  • Excellent computer skills using the Windows platform, MS Office.

Search Specialist

As an SEM Specialist, you will be in charge of managing, auditing, strategizing, building, and optimising various PPC Accounts or Campaigns amongst different SEM/PPC Platforms either in the form of Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping and Programmatic.

Scope:

  • Client Campaign Execution
  • Internal Campaign Execution

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform Search and Display Advertising execution using AdWords and other programmatic interface
  • Plan and execute all campaigns across SEM and Display advertising.
  • Design, build and execute campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Contribute to the planning and budgetary control of campaigns

Person Specification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in the field or related to Marketing
  • Certified PPC Practitioner or Specialist (Adwords or other PPC/SEM Certification)

Experience:

  • At least 3 years and above experience in SEM
  • Worked and operated in the Marketing or Media industry

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong background in:
    • Search Engine Marketing (AdWords)
    • Analytics and Reporting
  • Comprehensive knowledgeable of all Digital techniques, subjects and technologies
  • Has a critical and analytic mindset
  • Decisive and can map out Digital Plans or Models quickly and effectively
  • Knows and understand how each Digital Marketing stream works in relation to each other and how it affects the over Digital Marketing Campaign
  • Highly able and motivated to engage at Management, Director and VP level
  • Programmatic Buying and RTB (Preferable)
  • Social Media Marketing (Preferable)
